Domain setup

Choose the domain after cian@ai.

Enter your company domain and Cian will reserve the email address in the format cian@ai.yourdomain.com.

Instructions

What happens after you save it.

Cian saves your requested company domain in the format cian@ai.yourdomain.com.
Your hosted Cian address stays active until the custom domain is verified.
Once saved, this page becomes the place to complete DNS verification.
After DNS is verified, Cian can switch from the hosted address to your company domain.

Subdomain setup

Create the subdomain ai.yourdomain.com in your DNS provider first. Cian will always use the full email format cian@ai.yourdomain.com, so the subdomain itself needs to exist before verification can complete.

DNS records to add

Once the mail routing setup is finalized, you will add the required DNS records for inbound and outbound email here. We are leaving the exact server values blank for now while the Postmark inbound and Resend outbound setup is being completed.

MX `ai.yourdomain.com` → `TBD`

TXT / SPF `ai.yourdomain.com` → `TBD`

DKIM / CNAME `selector._domainkey.ai.yourdomain.com` → `TBD`

DNS verification

Save your domain first. After that, Cian will keep this setup marked as pending until DNS verification is complete.
